While hosting various radio shows over the years, I’ve met some very interesting people.  Here are a few interviews I have conducted, edited, produced and aired on KLTH and KUPL in Portland, OR.

While hosting the morning show on KUPL for Scott Simon of Simon in the morning, I had a chance to talk with Josh.  This was my first interview with co-hosts Jolynn Winter and Earthquake Jake.  Again, the interview edited and produce by me.

Al Stewart with Dave Nackminoff

This was a great time with a couple of interesting people.  Al could have been a member of the Yard Birds or Even Led Zeppelin!  They play a song of Sparks of Ancient Light and the classic, Year Of The Cat!  Enjoy!

Janis Ian

Sitting down with Janis, Mike and I didn’t know what to expect.  She’s a ball of fire and it was hard to contain her.  The laugh that emitted was so genuine, it was like she was a close friend just chit chatting about her life.  Listen as she plays the song that got a radio station burned down for playing it…I”ll let her tell you the rest of the story.  She was the first musical performance on Saturday Night Live….enjoy!

Denny Laine

While Mike and I didn’t get a chance to sit down in the same studio with Denny,  it was still a fun interview.  Denny likes mini horses and science fiction theatre.  He was in town with his Wings All Star Band…as he was the guy who started Wings with Sir Paul McCartney.
